Year 1 Science

The LEARN ABOUT WOOL resources provide an ideal opportunity for Year 1 students to investigate the external features of living things and how everyday things can be physically changed.

The following curriculum-based resource packages include a variety of interactive resources, including downloadable PDF factsheets and posters, websites, and age-appropriate YouTube video clips.

These resources have been compiled to help teachers use the Australian wool industry to teach Year 1 science in an engaging and educational way that meets the requirements of the Australian Curriculum.
